Tom spent 3 years working as a Site Engineer in the UK after gaining his engineering degree. 

This experience has provided a deep understanding of the technical knowledge involved in working in the built environment and infrastructure sectors. Tom has developed his passion for Infrastructure, managing teams on site and ensuring work was carried out to the highest standard and to specifications required. He now draws on this experience to communicate efficiently and technically with clients to understand the main aspects of the needs and requirements of the business. 

He is also now utilising his engineering experience, in conjunction with his passion for building relationships, to help find candidates their dream jobs in the sector. 

Outside of Constructive Tom enjoys training for triathlons, playing football, tennis, and golf.
