Water/Wastewater Modeler Job in Sydney, NSW

About You
• Degree in Civil, Environmental or Water Engineering.
• Experience in water and/or wastewater network modelling.
• Hands-on use of tools such as MOUSE, WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS (or similar).
• Solid understanding of hydraulic principles and network behaviour.
• Experience within Australian consulting or utility environments.
• Able to interpret data and turn it into clear, practical outputs.
• Confident communicator with engineers, planners and stakeholders.
• GIS exposure and strong reporting skills will be well regarded.

About the Role
• Build, update and run water and wastewater network models.
• Assess system capacity, constraints and future demand scenarios.
• Support servicing strategies for urban growth and redevelopment areas.
• Contribute to planning reports, modelling outputs and technical documentation.
• Work closely with design, planning and infrastructure teams.
• Review network performance and identify upgrade requirements.
• Assist in delivering solutions from concept through to planning stages.
