About You
You'll bring:
• Significant experience in a Technical Director, Principal Engineer or senior engineering leadership role.
• A degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• CPEng accreditation (or working towards it) will be highly regarded.
• A strong technical background with experience delivering multidisciplinary projects.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor, develop and inspire teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial awareness and experience managing project performance.
• A practical, solutions-focused approach and a passion for delivering quality outcomes.

About the Role
In this position, you'll:
• Lead the technical delivery of a diverse portfolio of engineering projects.
• Support, mentor and grow a team of experienced engineers.
• Provide technical guidance and review project deliverables.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Work closely with senior leaders to support business growth and project success.
• Drive high standards in safety, quality and project delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and encourage innovation across the team.
