About You
• Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor, ideally within a Tier 2 contractor.
• Background in delivering infrastructure projects such as roads, subdivisions, or bulk earthworks.
• Strong leadership and subcontractor coordination skills.
• Solid understanding of WHS, quality, and programme management.
• Ability to read plans, manage daily site activities, and drive productivity.
• Experience with TfNSW
About the Role
• Oversee daily site operations to ensure safe, on-time, and quality delivery.
• Coordinate labour, subcontractors, plant, and materials.
• Run pre-starts, toolbox talks, and site inspections.
• Monitor progress and report to the Project Manager.
• Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and project requirements.
