ABOUT YOU
• Proven experience as a Supervisor within subdivisions, road, and general civil construction.
• Skilled leader with strong communication, coordination, and mentoring capabilities.
• Thorough knowledge of safety, quality, and project standards.
• Ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, and site resources.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
ABOUT THE ROLE
• Supervise and coordinate subdivision works on site.
• Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to quality requirements.
• Lead and mentor site crews to achieve performance and safety goals.
• Liaise with other departments for seamless project delivery.
• Uphold compliance with site standards and regulatory requirements.
