About You
• Previous experience as a Supervisor or Leading Hand in construction.
• Strong understanding of site safety, quality, and scheduling.
• Confident managing subcontractors and site personnel.
• Good understanding of safety procedures and worksite standards.
• Current driver’s licence (own vehicle preferred).
About the Role
• Oversee daily site activities and team performance.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to standard.
• Monitor progress against program and report issues early.
• Maintain site documentation, inductions, and compliance.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients as needed.
