Supervisor / Leading Hand Job in Sydney, NSW

About You
• 4+ years’ experience as a Leading Hand or Supervisor
• Strong background in concrete, slabs, and civil works
• Experience on treatment plants or infrastructure projects preferred
• Confident managing crews and daily site activities
• Good understanding of plans, levels, and programs
• Safety-focused and reliable
• Relevant trade qualification and standard industry tickets
• White Card and current driver’s licence

About the Role
• Supervise day-to-day site works
• Lead and coordinate site crews and subcontractors
• Manage concrete pours, formwork, and slab works
• Plan daily tasks and keep works moving to program
• Maintain safety and quality standards on site
• Communicate with project management and suppliers
