About You
• Proven experience supervising teams, ideally with a minimum of 3 to 5 years in construction or civil projects.
• Practical, hands-on approach and strong leadership skills.
• Clear communicator who can motivate and guide a team.
• Organised, dependable, and capable of solving problems on site.

• Supervise daily site operations and coordinate team activities.
Maintain high level of compliance with WHS and quality.
Guide and mentor team members to get the job done efficiently.
Manage subcontractors and on-site resources.
Report progress, challenges, and solutions to management.
Address issues promptly to keep projects on track.
