We have several Structural Engineering roles on in Sydney and would consider applicants with good local experience in New Zealand.

What we're looking for
• Structural Engineers with a 5-15+ years of experience
• Roles for mid-level to associate structural engineers
• Experience working on a range of large scale commercial or residential projects - residential mid-rise & high-rise experience is highly desirable
• Strong technical ability across concrete & steel
• Proficient with structural analysis and design software
• Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with clients

Responsibilities
• Structural engineering design across high-rise residential, commercial, education and community projects
• Overseeing project delivery, quality assurance, resourcing and client communication
• Providing technical guidance to engineers and drafters, supporting their professional development
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets
• Reviewing and signing off structural design documentation, reports and calculations
• Building strong client relationships and supporting business development
• Driving continuous improvement, modern engineering practices and sustainability principles
