Structural Engineer – Sydney (Hybrid | 3 Days WFH)

We’re looking for an experienced Structural Engineer to work on structural design, prepare dilapidation reports, and conduct site inspections across a range of high-quality projects.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Deliver structural designs for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
• Conduct structural inspections and prepare detailed dilapidation reports.
• Collaborate closely with architects, builders, and project managers to deliver practical and efficient design solutions.
• Manage projects from concept through to completion with a high level of autonomy and technical input.

What You’ll Bring
• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of local structural design experience.
• Strong technical background with a solid understanding of Australian Standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
