About You
You are a motivated mid-level Structural Engineer with:
• 3–5 years post-graduate experience in structural design and delivery.
• Degree qualifications in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Strong technical knowledge of Australian Standards and the Building Code of Australia.
• Experience across commercial projects, with exposure to residential or industrial a bonus.
• Proficiency in structural design software such as Spacegass, RAPT, RAM Concept, and ETABS.
• Excellent communication skills to engage confidently with clients and colleagues.
• The ability to manage priorities, work independently, and contribute to team success.
About the Role
In this role, you will:
• Undertake structural analysis and design for a variety of commercial projects.
• Prepare detailed documentation, reports, and technical drawings.
• Work closely with project managers, architects, and other consultants.
• Liaise directly with clients, providing technical guidance and building strong relationships.
• Support senior engineers on large-scale projects while taking ownership of smaller jobs.
• Contribute to the ongoing success of a growing Brisbane-based structural team.
