What You'll Do
•Deliver structural analysis and design across a diverse range of building projects.
•Prepare detailed design calculations, drawings, and technical specifications.
•Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and key project stakeholders.
•Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design integrity and quality.
•Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering a positive and high-performing team environment.
•Gain exposure to a wide variety of projects, including commercial, residential, high-rise, and public infrastructure developments.

About You
•Degree-qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering.
•2-5 years of structural design experience.
•Strong skills in concrete design, with proficiency in ETABS, RAM Concept, and other relevant software.
•Experience with, or an interest in learning, Post-Tensioned (PT) concrete design.
•Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
•Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
