Structural Engineer Job in Sydney, NSW

About You
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 2 to 4 years post-graduate structural experience, preferably local to Australia.
• Confident applying Australian Standards to real design problems.
• Hands-on with Strand7, SpaceGass, Inducta Suite, IDEA StatiCa, RAPT and MathCAD.
• Bonus if you've also used STAAD.Pro, SAP2000 or similar packages.
• Comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
• Able to juggle competing deadlines without losing accuracy.

About the Role
• Own structural calculations, designs and documentation from concept through delivery.
• Turn complex constraints into practical, compliant engineering solutions.
• Coordinate directly with architects, builders and other project consultants.
• Get out to site to inspect works and troubleshoot in real time.
• Work shoulder to shoulder with senior engineers on technically demanding projects.
• Keep every design anchored to relevant Australian Standards.
