About You
• Proven experience as a Site Manager or Supervisor within civil, landscaping, or construction projects.
• Trade or tertiary qualification in Landscape Construction, Civil Construction, or related field.
• Relevant trade or qualification in Landscape or Civil Construction.
• Able to read drawings and manage set-out and site coordination.
• Strong WHS knowledge and leadership on site.
• White Card and Driver’s Licence required.
• Organised, proactive, and confident dealing with trades and stakeholders.
About the Role
• Manage daily site operations, programme, and resources.
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and plant.
• Maintain safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Lead toolbox talks, reporting, and site documentation.
• Work closely with the Project Manager to keep projects on track.
