Senior Water Services Coordinator Job in Sydney, NSW

About You
• Extensive experience in water services experience within Australia.
• Strong working knowledge of Sydney Water standards, processes, and approvals.
• Proven ability to lead projects from concept through to completion.
• Background in design, project management, or water servicing coordination.
• Familiar with WSAA codes, Sydney Water standards, and land development requirements.
• Sydney Water accreditation (WSC and/or relevant categories) highly regarded.
• Confident managing stakeholders, timelines, and competing priorities.
• Experience mentoring or leading junior team members.
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.

About the Role
• Lead the delivery of water servicing projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, from planning through to completion.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, authorities, and project teams.
• Oversee project programmes, budgets, and documentation.
• Identify and manage risks to keep projects on track.
• Provide guidance and support to junior water services coordinators.
• Contribute to improving internal systems and delivery standards.
