Senior Structural Engineer Brisbane Job in Sydney, NSW

The Opportunity

Join a well-respected engineering consultancy known for delivering practical, high-quality design solutions across the structural, civil and water sectors. You’ll play a key role in delivering structural design work across steel structures, from detailed modelling and analysis through to documentation and construction support - a chance to manage projects from inception through to completion.

Your work will include:
• Delivering structural design across water and wastewater infrastructure.
• Managing projects from concept and analysis through to documentation and delivery.
• Reviewing and guiding the work of junior engineers.
• Liaising with clients, authorities and delivery partners across the project lifecycle.
• Contributing technical input on complex, sometimes difficult assets.

About You
• Degree-qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Substantial experience in structural design, ideally across water or wastewater assets, or solid fundamentals and a desire to learn.
• Comfortable owning projects end to end, from concept through to delivery.
• Strong grasp of Australian Standards and structural design principles.
• Equally strong on the technical detail and the people side of the job.
