About You
You’re an experienced Structural Engineer who enjoys managing projects end-to-end and collaborating with others to deliver great results. Your ambitious and ready to take the next step forward. You bring:
• A tertiary qualification in Civil or Structural Engineering and CPEng.
• 8 - 10 years of local experience in structural design and delivery.
• Strong technical skills using structural design and analysis software.
• Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and client relationships with confidence.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
About the Role
You’ll take ownership of structural engineering projects through all stages, from design and documentation to coordination and delivery. Your day may include:
• Designing and reviewing structural systems for a range of civil structures, including temporary and permanent works.
• Design bridges, culverts, pits and temporary works.
• Managing technical documentation, drawings, and compliance requirements
• Coordinating with internal teams, consultants, and clients to achieve project outcomes
• Providing guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
