Senior Structural Engineer - Melbourne Job in Melbourne, VIC

Experience Required:
You’re an experienced Structural Engineer who enjoys solving problems and delivering practical, well-considered solutions. You’ll bring:
• 6-8+ years’ local design experience in building structures.
• Experience working on industrial projects, or an interest to grow in this space.
• Solid knowledge of Australian Standards and building codes.
• Strong technical skills using software such as Space Gass, RAPT, ETABS or Revit.
• Clear communication and the ability to collaborate confidently with clients, architects and builders.
• Eligibility to work in Australia (citizen, permanent resident, or full working rights).
• A recognised Civil or Structural Engineering degree.

About the Role
You’ll take the lead on structural design and delivery for a range of industrial projects in Melbourne. Your role will include:
• Managing structural design from concept to construction.
• Opportunity to grow the Melbourne team and providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior staff with the support of the Sydney head office.
• Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
• Ensuring design integrity, cost-efficiency and compliance on every project.
