Senior Structural Engineer - Sydney Job in Sydney, NSW

About You
• Degree-qualified Structural or Civil Engineer with 7-10+ years’ local consultancy experience.
• Solid experience across building structures, including concrete & steel projects.
• Confident working independently and managing multiple projects at once.
• Excellent communication skills - comfortable presenting to clients and working with architects and contractors.
• Skilled with analysis and design software such as ETABS, RAM Concept, and Space Gass.
• Thorough understanding of Australian Standards and design codes.
• Chartered or working toward CPEng/NER registration.

About the Role
• Lead structural design from concept through to construction for a variety of building projects with the support of a very strong leadership team.
• Manage project delivery, budgets, and timelines with minimal supervision.
• Review drawings and calculations to maintain quality and accuracy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and collaborators.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical capability of the team.
