Senior Structural Drafter Job in Sydney, NSW

About You
You'll be someone who enjoys working as part of a team and takes ownership of your work. Ideally, you'll have:
• Proven experience as a Structural Drafter within an Australian engineering consultancy.
• Strong Revit and AutoCAD skills.
• Sound knowledge of Australian Standards and local construction practices.
• Experience preparing detailed structural documentation across building projects.
• The ability to coordinate effectively with engineers, architects and other consultants.
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality drawings.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• The confidence to support and mentor junior drafters where required.

About the Role
You'll play an important part in the delivery of a range of structural projects by:
• Preparing accurate structural drawings and documentation using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Coordinating models and drawings with internal and external project teams.
• Working closely with engineers to produce practical, buildable solutions.
• Ensuring documentation meets Australian Standards and project requirements.
• Reviewing drawings for quality and consistency.
• Contributing to drafting standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assisting with project delivery to meet deadlines and client expectations.
