About You
• 8+ years’ experience in structural drafting, ideally in a consultancy environment.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, with knowledge of Australian Standards. Revit is not required for this role but there may be opportunities to implement down the line.
• Experienced in the luxury residential space, including new builds, alterations and additions.
• Accurate, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines consistently.
• Strong communicator who works well with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders.
• Full working rights in Australia and based in, or able to relocate to, Sydney.
About the Role
• Prepare detailed structural drawings from design through to construction.
• Maintain and enhance drafting standards, templates, and workflows.
• Coordinate with engineers and other disciplines to ensure drawings meet specifications.
• Review drawings for accuracy, compliance, and constructability.
• Provide guidance and support to junior drafters, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Attend project meetings and help manage workload to meet deadlines.
