Senior Remedial Engineer Job in Sydney, NSW

ABOUT YOU
•5 - 8 years Relevant Experience in Remedial Engineering.
•In-depth knowledge of building pathology, structural assessment, and remedial solutions for a range of building defects (e.g., concrete cancer, water ingress, etc.).
•Experience in managing projects from inception to completion, including client liaison, budget control, and reporting.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
•Proven ability to analyse complex problems, develop creative solutions, and make sound engineering judgments.
•Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.

ABOUT THE ROLE
•Conduct detailed building surveys and assessments to identify and diagnose building defects.
•Develop and implement remedial strategies, including design and specification of repair and refurbishment works.
•Prepare detailed reports and technical specifications for clients.
•Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
•Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
•Contribute to the development of innovative and sustainable remedial solutions.
•Mentor and guide junior engineers.
