Senior Registered Surveyor Job in Sydney, NSW

ABOUT YOU
• Degree qualified surveyor with 10 to 15 years in land development.
• Currently registered with BOSSI (NSW).
• Deep knowledge of NSW surveying legislation and standards.
• Track record leading teams and projects, backed by solid field experience.
• Comfortable dealing directly with clients, contractors and authorities.
• Skilled in 12D, AutoCAD and standard survey equipment.
• Valid NSW driver's licence and White Card.
• Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents only, or a visa allowing full working rights in Australia.

ABOUT THE ROLE
• Run land surveys end to end, from early planning through to final sign-off
• Check and approve documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Take the reins on the trickier, higher-value projects
• Work closely with other technical teams to join up project outcomes
• Act as a trusted point of contact for clients and authorities
• Bring junior surveyors up to speed and help them grow
• Pitch in on proposals and new opportunities as they come up
