About You
• BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent (Construction Management, Cost Engineering, or related).
• 5–7+ years’ experience in quantity surveying, cost management, or estimating.
• Solid understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and cost structures.
• Experience in remedial or rectification projects advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CostX and Bluebeam preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication, time management, and resilience.
• Must have unrestricted work rights in Australia.

About the Role
• Lead cost management from feasibility to project completion.
• Prepare estimates, cost plans, and BOQs with accuracy.
• Review contractor submissions and support tender processes.
• Monitor budgets, variations, and progress claims.
• Quantify elements for new builds and remedial works.
• Guide and mentor the estimating team.
• Provide clear, client-focused commercial advice.
