Senior OR Principal Civil Designer Job in Sydney, NSW

About You
• Civil Engineering degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years in urban civil design, including roads, earthworks, grading, and utilities.
• Strong experience with 12D, Civil 3D, and related drafting software.
• Able to resolve technical challenges and communicate clearly across teams.
• Mentoring or leadership experience is a plus.

• Deliver civil designs and documentation to a high standard.
• Manage and resource projects to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Support Project Managers with design planning.
• Resolve complex technical design issues.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
