About the Role
• Prepare and submit detailed civil infrastructure tenders.
• Review drawings, specifications, and scope to develop accurate estimates.
• Obtain and assess subcontractor and supplier pricing.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and value engineering options.
• Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers and subcontractors.
• Contribute to bid strategy and tender review discussions.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of all tender documentation.

About You
• 5+ years’ estimating experience in civil construction.
• Strong background in earthworks, pavements and stormwater.
• Proven experience pricing tenders across civil infrastructure projects.
• Confident interpreting drawings, specifications, and scope documents.
• Strong commercial acumen with high attention to detail.
• Experience engaging subcontractors and suppliers for pricing.
• Able to manage multiple tenders and tight deadlines.
• Clear communicator with a practical, solutions-focused mindset.
