ABOUT YOU
•Extensive experience as a Civil Estimator within the civil engineering sector.
•Proven track record of successfully estimating a variety of civil works, including earthworks, water infrastructure, utilities and roadworks.
•Strong understanding of first principles estimation techniques.
•Proficiency in using estimating software - EXPERT, Benchmark, Cats.
•Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

ABOUT THE ROLE
•Prepare accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for diverse civil engineering projects.
•Analyse project plans, specifications, and other documentation to define project requirements.
•Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
•Identify and quantify potential risks and opportunities within estimates.
•Present and explain estimates to internal stakeholders.
