About You
•Degree in Civil Engineering, with CPEng or working towards.
•7+ years’ experience in civil design, infrastructure or land development.
•Proficient in roads, drainage, utilities and earthworks design.
•Comfortable leading projects and mentoring junior engineers.
•Strong communicator with experience engaging clients, councils and contractors.
•Familiar with Australian standards and approvals processes.

About the Role
•Manage civil design from concept through delivery.
•Coordinate and review work across multidisciplinary teams.
•Prepare reports, drawings, cost estimates and tender documents.
•Liaise with clients, councils and service authorities.
•Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
•Conduct site visits and resolve design or construction issues.
