Senior Civil Engineer - Sydney Job in Sydney, NSW

About You
• 8+ years’ experience in civil engineering design for urban developments.
• Comfortable working independently and managing projects from concept to delivery.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior engineers.
• Proficient in MUSIC and DRAINS; knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D or 12d is a bonus.
• Experience with roads, drainage, stormwater, pavements, carparks, OSD/WSUD is essential.

About the Role
• Lead the design and delivery of civil infrastructure projects.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, regulatory authorities, and internal teams to meet project requirements.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development.
• Provide practical solutions to complex civil engineering challenges.
