About You
• A minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 7–10+ years’ experience in civil engineering, ideally in land development.
• Strong background in roads, drainage, stormwater, pavements and bulk earthworks.
• Strong capability in 12D, with experience in DRAINS and MUSIC for stormwater modelling.
• Good knowledge of local council standards and Australian regulations.
• Able to manage projects and support junior engineers.
• CPEng or working towards it is advantageous.
About the Role
• Deliver civil designs for residential and commercial developments.
• Prepare detailed design documentation and models.
• Coordinate with clients, councils and other consultants.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and technical quality.
• Mentor junior team members and review their work.
