About You
• Civil Engineering degree, plus RPEQ (or close to).
• Solid experience in urban development, ideally within Queensland.
• Strong design, delivery, and client engagement skills.
• Able to manage projects from concept to construction and mentor junior staff.
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects.

About the Role
• Lead design and delivery of projects across all stages.
• Oversee tenders, RFIs, and contractor coordination when site-focused.
• Guide and support junior engineers in the team.
• Present and explain designs to clients, councils, and senior stakeholders.
• Make sure projects run smoothly, on time, and to standard.
• Build and maintain strong connections within the industry.
