• Deliver projects from feasibility and concept design through to detailed design and construction.
• Lead and coordinate project teams to achieve budget, quality, and timeline objectives.
• Engage directly with clients, local councils, and stakeholders.
• Provide quality assurance, technical input, and clear project documentation.
