Senior Civil Engineer Job in Sydney, NSW

About You
• Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering.
• Around 6+ years’ civil engineering experience.
• Proven experience managing civil projects (subdivisions, roads, stormwater, utilities, bulk earthworks).
• Solid understanding of NSW authority requirements and Australian Standards.
• Confident managing budgets, timelines and client expectations.
• Comfortable leading a team and mentoring junior engineers.
• Strong communicator who builds lasting client relationships.
• CPEng (or working towards it) is highly regarded.

About the Role
• Manage civil engineering projects from concept design to construction completion.
• Coordinate design documentation, approvals and authority liaison.
• Oversee project financials, programming and resourcing.
• Provide technical direction and quality oversight.
• Work closely with clients, contractors and internal teams.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen and grow client accounts.
