About You
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years’ civil design experience, ideally in land development and subdivisions.
• Skilled in 12D & AutoCAD. MUSIC & DRAINS is Desired.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.

About the Role
• Deliver civil design for roads, bulk earthworks, drainage, sewer, and subdivision layouts.
• Prepare detailed engineering documentation and ensure compliance with standards and authorities.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior design engineers.
• Improve workflows and design practices.
