Senior Civil Design Drafter Job in Sydney, NSW

About You
• 5+ years’ civil drafting experience, ideally in land development or infrastructure.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; experience with 12D or Civil 3D is a plus.
• TAFE Diploma or equivalent in Civil Construction, Civil Design, or similar.
• Solid knowledge of local standards, council requirements, and design practices.
• Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Enjoys collaborating and mentoring junior team members.

About the Role
• Prepare detailed drawings for roads, drainage, utilities, and earthworks.
• Work closely with engineers, surveyors, planners, and councils to ensure designs are practical and compliant.
• Review and check drawings for accuracy and quality.
• Support submissions and provide guidance to junior drafters.
• Occasionally assist with updates during construction or site visits.
