About You
•Solid experience in civil design with strong 12D capability
•Knowledge of local standards and authority requirements
•A background in roads, drainage, sewer, water or subdivisions
•Ability to mentor junior staff and collaborate with engineers and surveyors
•Clear communication skills and a practical approach to problem-solving
•Relevant tertiary qualifications in civil engineering or design

About the Role
•Deliver detailed designs in 12D across a mix of civil projects
•Review drawings, models and documentation for accuracy and compliance
•Coordinate with project engineers, planners, surveyors and authorities
•Provide guidance and support to junior designers
•Contribute to the smooth running of the design team and help refine workflows
