About You
• You’re a safety professional who’s comfortable on site and confident dealing with people at all levels. You’ll bring:
• Qualifications in WHS / OHS or similar
• Solid experience in a Safety Co-ordinator or Advisor role
• Good understanding of WHS systems, procedures, and compliance
• Experience supporting or leading others, formally or informally
• Clear communication style and a practical approach to safety
• Confidence working in fast-paced, high-end environments

About the Role
This role focuses on both coordination and leadership support. Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing and maintaining safety systems and documentation
• Supporting site teams with day-to-day safety matters
• Coaching and guiding safety staff and supervisors
• Leading incident investigations and follow-up actions
• Conducting audits, inspections, and safety reviews
• Providing trusted safety advice to management
• Taking on Team Leader duties as required
