Our Client is seeking a high-performing Safety Advisor to lead onsite WHS management. This is a full-time delivery role for a proactive professional who thrives in fast-paced, large-scale construction environments.
The Mission
• Oversee day-to-day safety, compliance, and WHS management systems.
• Lead site inspections, audits, and incident investigations (ICAM).
• Mentor project teams and subcontractors to ensure a culture of accountability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve corrective actions and drive continuous improvement.
The Essentials
• 3+ years of WHS experience in any type of construction environment.
• Cert IV in WHS and a valid White Card
• Strong knowledge of NSW WHS legislation
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence safety outcomes on the ground.
