About You
• Engineering degree (Civil, Structural, or similar).
• Experience in remedial engineering, defect investigation, building diagnostics, or construction.
• Comfortable preparing reports, scopes, and recommendations.
• Confident speaking with clients, contractors, and strata managers.
• Curious, practical thinker with a focus on solutions, not complications.
• Drivers licence required for site inspections.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Visit sites to understand and diagnose structural and building issues.
• Prepare recommendations and documentation for repair and remediation works.
• Work closely with senior engineers and contractors throughout the repair process.
• Provide clear updates to clients and keep jobs moving.
• Build long-term relationships based on trust and strong communication.
