• Experience managing or leading civil infrastructure projects.
• A background in roads, TfNSW, remediation or earthworks preferred.
• Confidence with budgets, scheduling, procurement and managing subcontractors.
• A people-first leadership style and the ability to guide engineers and site teams.
• Strong communication and the ability to work well with clients and stakeholders.

• Planning, programming and coordinating site operations.
