About You
• Around 3+ years’ experience as a Project Engineer or Site Engineer within construction
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
• Comfortable coordinating subcontractors, consultants and site teams
• Experienced working on subdivision projects
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Good understanding of construction processes, safety requirements and site delivery
• A proactive mindset and willingness to get involved on site when needed

About the Role
• Support the delivery of construction projects from planning through to completion
• Assist with programming, procurement and cost tracking
• Work closely with site supervisors, subcontractors and suppliers
• Monitor progress, quality and safety standards on site
• Prepare project documentation, reports and variations
• Help resolve day-to-day site challenges to keep projects moving
