• 10+ Years in a Consulting Engineer role, with a strong background in structural design across buildings.
• Degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Chartered or close to chartership with Engineers Australia.
• Recognised as a technical leader who enjoys solving complex problems.
• Comfortable leading teams, reviewing designs, and advising clients.
• Clear communicator who builds trust with stakeholders at all levels.

About the Role
• Lead and review structural designs from concept through to delivery.
• Act as the senior technical authority across multiple projects.
• Mentor engineers and support their technical development.
• Work closely with clients, architects, and project teams.
• Ensure designs meet Australian standards, safety, and quality requirements.
• Contribute to bids, proposals, and technical discussions with clients.
