•15+ years of comprehensive structural engineering experience within a consultancy setting.
•CPEng and NER accreditation are essential for this role.
•Demonstrated expertise in managing projects, cultivating client relationships, and leading high-performing teams of engineers and drafters.
•Proficiency in designing including concrete, steel, and timber projects, coupled with advanced skills in design software such as ETABS, RAPT, and RAM Concept.
•A genuine passion for mentoring junior engineers and fostering team development.
•Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
