About You
• Degree-qualified Mechanical Engineer with Chartered status or equivalent.
• 10 - 12+ years’ experience in building services consulting.
• Strong background in HVAC and complex building projects.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage large-scale design delivery.
• Commercially astute with excellent client relationship skills.
• Passion for sustainable, innovative engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead mechanical services design from early planning through to construction delivery.
• Ensure design excellence across quality, sustainability, safety and compliance.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage key project interfaces.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop engineers, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Support business growth through client engagement and technical input.
