Principal Civil Engineer - Brisbane Job in Brisbane, QLD

About You
• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Ideally RPEQ, CPEng, or working towards registration.
• Around 10+ years’ experience in civil engineering design and project delivery.
• Strong experience in land development and/or civil infrastructure projects.
• Comfortable managing projects, timelines, and client relationships.
• Experience mentoring engineers or leading small teams.
• Proficiency with industry design software such as 12d, Civil 3D or similar.
• Clear communicator who enjoys working collaboratively with clients and colleagues.

About the Role
• Lead the design and delivery of civil infrastructure and land development projects.
• Oversee projects from early planning through to detailed design and construction support.
• Provide technical guidance to engineers and designers within the team.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, councils, and other stakeholders.
• Review designs and ensure projects are delivered to a high technical standard.
• Support project planning, budgets, and overall delivery outcomes.
