About You
• You are a proven technical leader with:
• Solid experience (15+ years) in civil engineering, including senior design and project leadership.
• Chartered or RPEQ accreditation.
• Strong track record in urban development, regeneration, or land development projects.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering projects to scope, budget, and time.
• Established industry networks and the ability to nurture long-term client relationships.
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Relevant engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
