About the Role
Reporting directly into the General Manager, this cross-functional role bridges the gap between front-end commercial bidding and site mobilisation. We are seeking a strategic operator who can actively win work, leverage a live network, and manage technical engineering risk.

Core Duties
• BDM & Tendering: Source tender opportunities, manage head contractor relationships, and oversee the estimating team.
• Risk & Engineering: Assess geotechnical/constructability risks and review contracts to minimise commercial exposure.
• Compliance & Handover: Track corporate safety certifications for pre-qualifications and manage smooth handovers to site PMs.

Suitable Backgrounds
Proven experience within groundworks and/or foundation/piling is essential. We are targeting high-calibre professionals from three primary pathways:
• Project Management: Project Managers and Senior Engineers looking for an off-site role with deep groundworks execution knowledge.
• Estimating: Senior Civil Estimators ready for leadership who possess strong client-facing skills.
• Commercial: Contracts Managers or Senior QSs expert

Must have full working rights in Australia (Citizen, PR, or eligible visa)
