About You
• Landscape trade qualification (or similar) with commercial experience.
• Proven ability to supervise crews and keep works on track.
• Can read plans and deliver work to specification.
• White Card and current Driver Licence required.
• Competent operating relevant plant and equipment.
• Strong safety awareness and team-focused attitude.
About the Role
• Lead daily site activities and allocate tasks to crew members.
• Deliver landscaping and associated civil works to plan.
• Assist with set-out, coordination of trades and material needs.
• Operate machinery and support the team as required.
• Maintain safe work practices and site standards.
• Mentor team members and keep productivity moving.
