Junior Remedial Engineer | Structural | Facade) Job in Sydney, NSW

We're partnering with a well-regarded and growing engineering consultancy that specialises in remedial, structural, and facade projects. They're on the lookout for a passionate and proactive Remedial Engineer ready to take the next step in their career.

What You’ll Be Doing
•Investigating structural defects and waterproofing failures to uncover root causes.
•Developing and reviewing remedial designs, repair strategies, and detailed specifications.
•Preparing high-quality technical reports, proposals, and documentation.
•Working closely with senior engineers, contractors, and clients throughout each project.
•Overseeing on-site works, ensuring repairs meet design intent and quality standards.
•Delivering a broad range of projects from Class 2 residential buildings to commercial facades.

What We're Looking For
•A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
•2–3 years of experience in remedial and facade engineering.
•Strong understanding of structural behaviors and waterproofing systems.
•Familiarity with engineering tools like AutoCAD and Bluebeam.
•Independent, detail-focused, and solutions-oriented.
•Confident communicator and team player.
•Must hold Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
