About You
• 1–2 years experience in estimating, preferably in civil or subdivision projects.
• Strong numeracy, attention to detail, ability to interpret plans, drawings and specifications.
• Proficient with MS Excel and estimating software.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Eager to learn, proactive, and ready to build your career in construction estimating.
About the Role
• Assist in preparing cost estimates, tenders, and submissions.
• Work closely with senior estimators and project managers.
• Analyse plans, specifications, and subcontractor pricing.
• Support procurement processes and supplier engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of estimates and project costings.
